Local Legal Clinics

The Volunteer Attorney Program (VAP), in Duluth, MN, connects income eligible individuals with private attorneys who provide pro bono legal assistance.

The Indian Legal Assistance Program, in Duluth, MN, is a private non-profit corporation that provides legal services to low income individuals.

The Legal Aid Service of NorthEastern Minnesota, with multiple Northland offices, is a non profit law firm that provides legal services, at no charge, to eligible low-income residents of NorthEastern Minnesota.

Online Resources

LawHelpMN.org has a self-help library and a clinic-provider locator for free and low-cost legal services.

MNLegalAdvice.org allows eligible individuals to submit questions confidentially to volunteer attorneys.
